SOUNDSKETCHING is an experimental audiovisual performance combining drawing and music.

Sound and picture coalense on stage into a synesthetic, meditative dialogue between the artists. Brushstrokes expand into abstract forms while guitar drones create noisedriven soundscapes.

A synesthetic choreography of light, color and sound engages the audience in a meditative experience. Contrary to providing visuals for music or a soundtrack to a moving picture, SOUNDSKETCHING is a dialogue of improvised sounds over an ever-changing painting.

Visual artist and filmmaker Jorgos Katsimitsoulias and musician Ilias Ntais (Radioaisle) come together in SOUNDSKETCHING in an effort to create a unique emotional landscape.
